Since we currently produce our jewelry in pre-order phases, the delivery time is approx. 6–8 weeks from the start of production. The exact date can be found on the respective product page. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

When you pre-order, your piece of jewelry will only be produced after the order phase has ended. This secures your place in the first collection – and allows us to produce the exact number without overproduction. You pay upon ordering; delivery will take place in approximately 6–8 weeks.

Shipping within Austria is free for orders over €60. For EU countries, free shipping applies to orders over €80. Below these amounts, shipping costs will be displayed to you before completing the purchase.

Silver and gold almost always contain alloy metals – including nickel, the most common trigger of contact allergies in jewelry. Pure titanium, on the other hand, is a biocompatible material that is also used in medicine for implants. It is neutral to body tissue, does not tarnish, does not discolor, and is completely water and sweat resistant.

We only use pure titanium according to medical standard ASTM F67, Grade 1 and 2 – the same quality that is also used for surgical implants. This is the highest purity standard available for jewelry materials.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a high-quality process in which the finish is vapor-deposited at an atomic level – unlike ordinary coatings, nothing sticks here, but rather permanently bonds with the surface. The result is a very scratch-resistant, durable finish that neither flakes off nor discolors. We use 18K gold PVD for the gold finish and platinum PVD for the silver finish.

Our jewelry is nickel-free and made from biocompatible pure titanium, which is especially suitable for people with sensitive skin or metal allergies. However, since allergic reactions are based on individual medical predispositions, we cannot give an absolute medical guarantee. For maximum safety, each order includes a test pin made from the same titanium material – so you can check compatibility before opening the seal of the main packaging.

Yes. Titanium is completely water and sweat resistant and does not corrode. You can wear our jewelry while showering, swimming, and exercising without worrying about loss of quality or discoloration.

The current product images are photorealistic 3D renderings, created based on the technical drawings of the actual jewelry pieces. The final products correspond exactly to the specified dimensions – minimal differences in light reflection are digitally induced.

You have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Since our earrings are delivered sealed for hygienic reasons, the right of return expires as soon as the hygiene seal of the packaging has been opened. Titan is very easy to care for. Occasionally clean your jewelry with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners, as these can long-term affect the PVD coating.
